A monumental history of European volleyball

Paris, April 20, 2008. The CEV Board of Administration was attended also by CEV Honorary President Mr. Georges Boudry.

During that summit Mr. Boudry presented the BOA members with the monumental work he has been busy with over the last months, i.e. a history of European volleyball which covers the period 1947-1983.

Mr. Boudry confirmed the importance to explicitly mark and grant proper visibility to the most important activities each National Federation affiliated to the CEV has been carrying out for promoting and supporting both indoor and beach volleyball. In order to implement this mapping and historical impression, Mr. Boudry kindly asks all National Federations to support his work by forwarding him useful materials as well as key facts concerning the events and activities they have been respectively doing.
