Please Help
My friends and I have been playing volleyball for few years, and now we are trying to get into beach volleyball. We keep arguing about our interpretation of the some rules. Could some one please explain if you can receive a serve with open hands above head, just using palms to bump it up and if you can push a ball over the net using two hands like a set?
