The thing is, when a new poster comes online and his or her very first post has a url, 99.9% it is for spam. The user normally has zero interest in talking volleyball, only advertising their web site interests them. You met all of the criteria. One post, stayed gone after the post, it looked like intentional spam and run. Now your second post is about your first post.
We let regular posters talk about their web sites once in a while.

I'll pm you the link. It is discouraging, because I belong to many other volleyball boards, and their members have been very happy to receive this information (as it is free). We're strength coaches at the college level. We already have jobs. This is a service we offer to help and we do not charge for it. You can go there if you want, and don't have to if you don't. I would suggest giving it a try. I'm posting volleyball training information. I fail to see how that is spam.
