Stanford volleyball hits the road for Final Four
The women's volleyball season has come full circle for Stanford. The second-ranked Cardinal grabbed a spot in the NCAA Final Four for the third consecutive year with its 25-19, 25-9, 25-18 victory over sixth-ranked Hawaii in the finals of the Fort Collins Regional on Saturday night.
Second-ranked Stanford (30-3) meets third-ranked Texas (29-3), which stopped Big 12 rival Iowa State, 25-19, 25-19, 17-25, 25-12, in Austin to stamp its Final Four berth, in one national semifinal match on Thursday in Omaha, Neb.
