CONWAY, Ark- The University of Central Arkansas volleyball team secured a winning season by sweeping UMKC 30-25, 30-22, 30-20 on Tuesday night at the Prince Center. The win improves the Sugar Bears to 17-6 overall with 10 matches remaining. The Kangaroos fall to 4-17 on the year.
Freshman Chloe Smith led the Sugar Bears with 22 kills and a season-best .606 hitting percentage. The San Diego, Calif. native made just two errors on 33 attacks to go with three blocks. Sophomore Amicha Williams had 12 kills and 10 digs for her eighth double-double of the season.
