Knowing that this is the first AVC Men's Cup, I thought it would be a good idea to post the rules and regulations.

The 1st AVC Men’s Cup is open to the AVC affiliated member federations that respect their obligations and financial responsibilities with regard to the FIVB and AVC and have sent to AVC and the Organizer the official entry for the Championship according to AVC Regulations.
The players must have the nationality of the country or region they represent, justifying it by means of a passport or other authentic document.
Naturalised players must have been proven resident in the country or region of their new nationality for not less than two years (up to the opening day of the competition) from the date of issue of the official document granting the new citizenship.
