International right attacker Doris Palanga has recovered from a hip injury and is expected to join the women’s national volleyball team.
The Kenyans will feature at the World Cup championship slated for Osaka, Japan, from November 2 to 16.
Palanga, who turns out for Kenya Commercial Bank in the national league, has experienced a recurrent hip problem for more than three months.
"Palanga has been having a disjointed hip bone even before the All Africa Games in Algiers, Algeria, but I am happy that she has recovered," said national team head coach Sammy Kirongo.
