Hi,
Im a libero going into college and I see myself as a pretty good passer. I have a big problem though and that i cant maintain my passing abilities throughout the game. it may be a mental thing but is there anything i can do to improve consistency aside from playing everyday? any drills or mental training?

hey. im not a libero. but i know what you are talking about.

at my team we run drill were we one player to guard the hole field, that player has to pass all the balls to setter. the hard thing is that a player on the other side of the net is trying to out place the passer/libero so he has to act instead quickly. this drills give you are more relaxed and calm play-style in a normal game knowing you can handle high-stress situations.

if you experience in a match you are about to fall in performance level have one of your Co player take more responsibility in the passing game. so you can get your head straighten out
