I play a lot of competitive beach volley ball and I also like to run and lift weights. For the last couple weeks I have been running in Vibram FiveFingers. I know its not the completely barefoot, but barefoot running is supposed to make your body stronger and I am feeling a little lighter on my feet since I started. Does anyone else here train barefoot or with FiveFingers? do you think there is a benefit to training barefoot for beach volley ball?
